All sales made during the online warehouse sale are final. No returns, exchanges, or replacements will be accepted.
Products are new; however, packaging may show minor imperfections or may differ slightly from the images displayed on the website.
Once an order is placed, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds are possible. All sales are final.
However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit quantities, close an account, or refuse or cancel an order, even after it has been confirmed or charged.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the full amount charged will be refunded. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the cancellation, and you will not be charged for any cancelled items.

No. All products purchased on the online warehouse sale website are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are available.
No. Products sold during our online warehouse sale are end-of-line items and may show minor damage, such as scratches or marks on the packaging or slight cracks on the product, due to storage or transportation. Many items also come from pharmacy returns.
No replacements are available, as quantities are limited. Only products deemed unusable, at our sole discretion, may be eligible for a refund. Items with cosmetic damage only (e.g., dented packaging) are not eligible for a refund.
All products sold through our online warehouse are new, sealed, and unused. Some items may have a pharmacy sticker if they were previously available in stores, as they are end-of-line products no longer sold in retail locations.
If a product cannot be used, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
For orders under $75, a $8 shipping fee applies.
Free shipping is available on all orders of $75 or more (after discounts and before taxes).
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at contact@salesgroupemarcelle.com. Our team will confirm whether the change can be made.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that shipping details can be modified.
If one or more items are returned to our distribution center after the delivery process has been completed, a refund will be issued. Groupe Marcelle is not responsible for losses resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once processed, they are shipped on business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Unfortunately, orders placed on the Groupe Marcelle online warehouse sale website are not shipped outside of Canada at this time.
Your order, or part of your order, may have been cancelled for one of the following reasons:
- One or more items are no longer available.
- It is not possible to ship to the address provided (e.g., addresses outside of Canada).
- Payment processing issues (billing address or postal code not matching the credit card).
- No response to our verification emails (declined credit card, incorrect billing information, or billing/shipping address verification).
- If your order is cancelled, you will be notified by email, and any cancelled items will not be charged.

Yes. Please note that the online warehouse sale is a promotion in itself, offering discounts of up to 80%. In addition, free shipping is available on all orders of $75 or more(after discounts and before taxes).
You will also receive a free sample with any order of $20 or more, as well as a gift with purchase on orders of $150 or more. The gift cannot be selected and will be automatically added to your cart—no action is required on your part.
If your order is received without the gift with purchase or the free sample, we unfortunately cannot send a replacement due to limited quantities.
No. Promotions and offers are not retroactive. No price adjustments or compensation can be provided.
No. The online warehouse sale is separate from our brand websites, and it is not possible to purchase items from those sites at warehouse sale prices.
